Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use LangReply.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account or using LangReply (the “Service”) operated by Anmaer Software (the “Provider”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
LangReply is a translation gateway for email and messaging apps: it detects the language of incoming messages, translates them into your language and translates your replies back into your customer's language. Every relayed message carries a visible “Translated by LangReply” mention.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@langreply.com in case of unauthorized access. Two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
4. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before. You may cancel at any time; access ends at the end of the current period. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time paid subscribers (contact billing@langreply.com).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, distribute malicious content, violate third-party rights or applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the Service. Excessive volumes may be temporarily limited to protect the Service's stability.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process it strictly to provide the Service. We handle it in accordance with our Privacy policy and Quebec Law 25.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, the LangReply brand and its content (excluding your data) are the property of Anmaer Software and are protected by applicable laws. No transfer of intellectual property is granted to you.
8. Availability, no warranty of results
We do our best to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Automatic translation may contain errors: LangReply gives you a professional-quality output, but you remain responsible for reviewing critical content. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Provider's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by you to the Provider during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service in the event of a serious breach of these terms, non-payment or activity that threatens the integrity of the Service. You may terminate at any time from your dashboard.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
